I've Got a Cascading Effect Problem

i have a cascading effect problem, whenever day one or day two of the week gets completely thrown off with extra like, external requests that i can't control. I don't think i ever would have felt like that had i not time blocked it. So you saying ignorance was bliss, maybe, maybe admit it. And i still think some people are crazy, but i don't know if i'm supposed to keep doing this at this point,. Maybe we got to have an intervention here at some point, from your part to mine.
