The only thing that's occurring here is that the experience in America is being rolled back. The quote unquote goodies that you're supposed to have are being ate up like Pac-Man eating pellets one at a time. People today, as this is being passed, are sitting around looking around be like, Oh my God, what the hell just happened? I didn't have any control over that thing. And then on the other side, oh, there's no increase in spending, even though there is, but it's like less than it was supposed to be.
