If your earnings are going down 5% a year, how much can you screw this up before you can't make your loan payment? And so typically, I see it right around 10%. So yeah, 9% in this scenario, can you see the stolen crossbones pop up? Right. This one that I'm showing you is probably, if you're going to be working full time in the business and need to take a salary from it, like this is about as small as I would go. It's the most accessible. Most of the deals we do, and I recommend people do are like four or 500,000 in SDE or higher. That just gives you much more breathing
