Inclusion Is an Action, Not a Training Program
Inclusion is an action. If you aren't actively including, you're accidentaly excluding. Solving for bias alone won't get you there. Everyone needs to build just a few key habits the way habits need to be built. Inclusion matters to everyone, not just those employees. And it's really important to think about the whole system, not just kind of a training program.
