The morning routine is you know it's gratitude always I start the day with three things I'm grateful for that takes like 10 seconds everybody should do it because it really sets the tone for the day gym eat and then it's just write out questions and I'll go to Google News and go all right so it's the rock for example what are some big news stories that people are talking about that maybe he hasn't addressed yet?
