Iron Mike's Death

Murder trust decided to wait a couple of days and see what happened, but nothing did. So they drove back to the site of the accident to look for Mike's body. But iron Mike's body wasn't anywhere to be found. The next day there was no death notice in the newspaper,. not in any of the newspapers, and Mike didn't show up at the bar. This was very confusing. If Mike was dead, why wasn't there a notice in the papers? And if he was alive, why hadn't he shown up as usual?
