Using Technology to Onboard and Bring on New Employees

i think so much of us learned to use technology even more efficiently and better than we had previously. Using technology to on board and bring on new employees, but then also beoe really intentional with what you are creating. So i like that word intentional. A lot of my clients that are h r managers, talent managers, et cetera, their jobs have changed expedientially. It's gotten harder in many ways, but you have more opportunity to innovate. And i think people are still catching up to what the future holds and linking arms with one each and building it together.
