Shineda Connor's incredible tenacity and power as a human being that she managed to muscle on through despite an absolutely terrifying childhood. The thing that is so beautiful about Chanetta is she could only have come from Ireland. Her storytelling is the folk telling, the history of Ireland, the mystical nature of Ireland. It's all in her music. She is absolutely Ireland's child. And that's unusual. I can't think of another female artist who comes and embodies Ireland like that.
