The US Supports Ukraine After the Midterms
Senators Rob Portman and Chris Coons pledged strong bipartisan support for providing massive amounts of aid after the upcoming midterm elections. While in Ukraine, Coons and Portman met with the president Zelensky, and Portman said that he vowed the US will be backing Ukraine until it achieves victory. The Ukrainian parliament approves its 2023 budget that has a $38 billion deficit.
