Is Bipartisanship Inherently Good or Bad?

Bipartisanship isn't inherently good or bad, it just is. It depends on the content of what you're doing. But for certainly in corporate media, you get this sense that it is inherently a good thing bipartisanship. And also, has this mind virus almost trickled over into the population where even your average American would be like, yes, bipartisansity is good, even though it's not necessarily good?
