i'm always fascinated by how people batch tasks or not. In my case I prefer to have a large block of time for one type of task, so i don't have the cognitive fatigue of switching back and forth. For those people who don't have access to wnaty software, there is e-mailing tool called schedule once that allows you to meet with someone at certain times every day in order to work on your project. You can also use pomodoro technique which involves working for up to 40 minutes over several hours during an office hour.
