It's very kind of lisad drawn out static shots. They're trying to make it look like a VHS because it's in 1995. Even that font is iron-on letters from the 70s. So then this movie, it says 1995 at the start, but it's using 1975 low-budget horror film aesthetic. It looks like an adult edited something out of like a dropped phone.
