Rails AP - Is There a Way to Compile Rails?

Compilation is the process of writing a programme and then running it as fast as possible. Compiling means you only have to compile it once, and you run it like a whole bunch of times. Git compilation means you fiet your programme to the programming language that's being compiled at the time - which can be months or even years in some cases. The idea behind compilers has been around for decades but was just recently rediscovered by software giant Apple.
