Lewis's Discovery of Paganity

The socratic club was an opportunity for lewis to both flex his intellectual muscles and to be challenged as well exactly he would get feedback. This this one, interestingly, begins by talking about paganism, of all things. He says, a pagan, as history shows, is a man eminently convertible to christianity. And what we are seein here is lewis making a more general point: if there is a resurgence of paganism, that is very good news because we can begin to make connections with this.
