People feel relief as a byproduct of letting go of what became normal. What I want people to understand is no being relieved and being in a state of calm and attentiveness. Like I'm very alert, but I'm very calm and relaxed. That should be the quote, quote, norm, more in a parasympathetic state. So understanding how the mind and the body do flow between one another to me is pivotal if you're going to have any sense of vitality, health or wellness.
