The Importance of Mindfulness Meditation

The practice of mindfulness becomes really relevant, not just in the moment of practicing meditation, but how that meditation generalizes across your day. I was noticing all these signals of anger and I was getting shorter and shorter with, it's just been a long couple of days with the kids. And I was starting to get really angry at everything and things were annoying me. So I went out, went outside and yeah, and spent about five minutes out there. It was remarkable that turned my whole day around. Like I was able to go back inside and be the person that I wanted to be.
