If you're going to capture my heart and mind, i'd better believe in what we're doing. Nothing's more frustrating for a good leader to have to follow a lousy leader. Managers lead every one the same, and leaders lead every one differently. There's a hundred distinctions between managers and leaders,. but there's none more clear than that. Ask em for yourself, then go to your key players and teach this to yourkey players and ask them what captures their heart and mine. And get the response. Because remember this, liste me very carefully. Listen to mevery carefully.
