Disability in China

The focus of people's work on disability in China was looking at it in very specific fields. So there was another rather large lacuna in that we weren't looking at disability in China from a cultural or predominantly sociological perspective. I wanted to think about how we could take, sort of step back a bit and try to think a little bit more broadly about how culture, context, history and you know, contemporary policies and processes all combine - not necessarily in China but elsewhere as well.
