Are the Police Responding to a School Shooting?

i recognize that in the system in which we currently live, there is no response to a school shooting that does not involve the police. We should change the way in which they're responding to these like that sonbe the default. These are things people can lobby for at a local level that will have an impact on at least the quality of life for kids in the schools and for parents.
