The Bottom of the Funnel Is What We're After
Top of the funnel, we're generating leads so we're looking at things that are much more engaged folks. We want to start measuring things like, what's the average revenue per customer? And then finally, what metric would be bottom of the funnel that you could have access to that would show really the customer metrics? That's understanding that journey, at least that part of the journey, is how you really can better understand where you can invest your marketing dollars.
