Is a Black Hole Hot or Not?

We have this weird clue that black hole do radiate a little bit, and that tells us something about what might be happening inside of them. But we don't know if it really is a clue about the microscopic nature of the black hole. If we could create black holes of the large hadron colider, then we could see them evaporate on short time scales. That would be exciting but nobody has ever hawking radiation. So is a black hole hot or not? I feel like you can't really swipe right or left here. You have to just close the ap. There's no chance they're actually hot. They're pretty cool. Actly. Ha, ha, ha
