Can You Get Medication Legally?

Moynihan: If you can't actually get the drug legally, then for those of us, you can. It's better. No, this is how black markets start. And there are lots of people, lots of stories, Wall Street Journal, I think just had one, of people who cannot get their medication because of this. The government is doing this because they have these production caps on control substances that they're not able to produce and sell.
