Ipi Is Essentially Immutable, and You Can't Overwrite It.

Everything on pipe is essentially immutable. You can't over write it, write you can't surreptitiously change what that points to. There's a long discussion happening now about wether,. like, it should even be possible to deleat stuff from pipie. And there's good arguments on both sides of the coint. But i don't encourage people to deleat suffering pipie generally because you're almost deaf ntly going to break somebody.
