"I feel bad for him because he's such a hard worker, he got put in a difficult position," Kraft said of Belichick. "What this really amounts to is kind of a conversation about what do we do about Bill?" He added that the team made a decision in Mac Jones second year as a quarterback after a promising rookie year and decided to strap him to an offense where he was probably more suited to be professor than his teachers.
