The Benefits of Binding Bile
The body tries to get it out first through the kidneys. And then that part that goes to the liver gets packaged up in bile. We naturally are very good bile recyclers, but we don't want to recycle that bile because it's full of toxins. So we want to interrupt that bile recirculation with binders. They found that insoluble fiber is the best bile binder. You can use things like cilium husk, flax seed, chia seed. I have my patients do two to four tablespoons of that in addition to what they're eating as a bile b binding.
