Planning Is Going to Stop You From Being Free

A morning ritual is very helpful. If you start the day that they write, you will find yourself having a better day. I think i find creative e work, like writingor or drawing, can be very helpful because it tends to reduce the amount of stress that you're dealing with. Cause you do deal with a lot more stress than most. But on top of that covet stress is e real thing. It's not imagined.
