Communication in a Distributed Environment

Jason: I do a lot of like open doors with the staff so that they can come kind of come and talk and make myself available because I'm detached from the production team a lot. Having that dialogue and bringing something to the table to those conversations is super important, especially in distributed environments where you know not everybody may be comfortable just volunteering whatever is going on in their head. You know part of your responsibility is controlling communication and doing it well and setting an example of what good communication looks like.
