Liberation Theology - What's Your Personal Favorite?

Dean Obeidallah: I love that idea of just going to regular people and having them reflect on what the Bible means to them. Can you mention maybe some more major figures and thinkers in the liberation theology sort of tradition? He says Ernesto Cardinal was a hugely influential figure in Nicaraguan culture for sure, and also in liberation theology. A few others include Leonardo Boff, who's a really famous Brazilian theologian. And Marcella Altis Reed is an Argentine theologian but she passed away as well.
