The Importance of Conversational Search

Conversational search is where you're having more of a conversation rather than the traditional posing of search queries we sort of worked through. The topic can switch and keeping up with the topic switches is actually a challenge for humans so it's definitely going to be hard for any conversational agent but this is kind of an active area of research that we're working on.
