The Origins of the COVID-19 Pandemic
Last week, a French research team told media outlets that they had stumbled upon genetic sequence data posted to a virus sharing database and subsequently taken down by Chinese researchers. WHO then confirmed that it was made aware of the sequence data in early March. The data could add more evidence that the COVID-19 pandemic was zoonotic in origin.
