I didn't know that you had to have sex to have babies. I thought it just was what God did to you after you were married. It was that level of naivety that was happening. Until finally this one night, then we're sitting with Alan and we're looking at the stars and I am really trying at this point. And for me, I was still a child. Everything had never encountered anything like that. For me, that was abuse that was happening to me,. That was traumatic experiences that were happening and that's the response that was going on inside of me.
