How to Build Up Someone in Need

Peace making requires speaking graciously, honestly, clearly and timely. The point of your conversation should be to build up some one in need. If you see someone who's done something, if you see somebody behaving in your d and a group, or in your growth group, don't down play it. Be honest and say, man, this is really scary what you're doing. And behave like that's a really scary thing, i'm afraid.
