Product Operations - What's the Difference Between Product Operations and Programming?

Last year when i joined canly m, i started the team with just one product operations person. The way that i've tried to summarize it within my organization is that we unite people with processes and tools. And what's really encouraging is that a lot of that showed up in every one of what we've just talked about. Everyone's kond of, i think, is largely on the same page. But we it's not a cooki cutter either. There's going to be a different way of implementing it, depending how big your company is or how mature your product is.
