How to Start Small and Deliver a Quick Wind
Landy: My first internal customer, wivin gogo, was a speech team. By having my team make the speech system more accurate, we delivered a modest win for the company. So to most, when i speak of seals in different industries, or even sometimes government leaders, i see more organizations fail by starting too big than fail by i too small. That's a lesson i had learned building the go brain team that i wont to repeat because it ll be useful for a lot of other companies as well, as they're thinking through how to adar ai.
