I started weight training at maybe 14 years old. So that means i've been left in weights for 33 years. It's, jis kind of been like a long platteau. The important part is to just keep at it and cause it's good for you the whole time. But i was inspired originally by like, musclman movies, like arnold movies and stuff. Cause, like, all that gotis so powerful and strong and confident. I want to be like that, cause i'm a shy child. That's a good enough reason as any to get into this, a sport, which is actually very healthy and good for you.
