The Magic Stick of Capital Raising

If you had a magic stick and literally could change anything about the capital raising process for an entrepreneur in a med tech startup what would you change if you could? I think the level of trust between the investor and the entrepreneur. If the entrepreneur could be somebody who is very trustworthy and holds investors money in almost higher regard than their own money. That's where the friction lies right now. And if we could take that away with a wave of a magic wand then things would move along much more swiftly.
