Continuous Research Is Just Something Amazing to Have
In big companies, research is sometimes one year ahead of design or something along those lines. Sometimes it's critical to run research, especially when you're building a product that you're not very competent,. Do I understand it fully? And so on. But other times when you have a product and it's out there, it's kind of good. You still get some feedback from maybe I don't know, call center folks or support team in general. So ideally, you would have continuous research but in my experience, I've had research when it was much needed.
