Sally Kohn: You're a lot like me in the sense that you work in sort of these two spaces that behavioral science usually gets kind of categorized as consumer. She says she's had people say to her, "What a horrible life you have" and then they'll be like, oh, wait, so you spend like 40 minutes talking about how you should send an email? Kohn: I would agree with that; everyone deserves to have a job that doesn't suck. And along those lines, it doesn't take a lot to make it so that things are better for those around you and for yourself.
