I've been writing a lot about gentification recently, right and i think th the biggest problems are that the groups hat are most active on this often only pay attention to one of these things instead of symthesizing these things together. You do not, you cannot craft accurate policy round if you ignore. The lived experience of an individual who is very scared of all the change happening in their community can't be ignored just because academic research is leading in one direction. And even if the academic reaser says, no, listen, just build enough housing thit'll reduce rents, tit'll be fine, that's not sufficient to respond to the real need of an individual to feel secure in
