How Helpful and Necessary Is It That the Faithful Pull Their Priest Away
Priests are human, and they need some human affirmation. The best affirmations give money so they can pay the bills. What priests really like get is a evidence of conversion. If you want something good, you're going to have to put up or shut up. I believe that the solution to the current crisis in the church will rise slowly from the bottom up - holiness cultivated in devout families. A grass root solution to reform, to the reform of the church, if you will.
