The Deal to Acquire IAA Means for Coal Part

Richie Bros, a Canadian company that has a similar model to coal part and IAA, but it's not, they resell used machinery. Between the two of them, I think they have 80 some percent of the market share. The balance is held by mom and pal, you know, salvage your owners. Completion of this deal would essentially mean that this industry of salvage business goes back to how it was pre 2019.
