AI or Baidu's Chatbot AI Is Going to Be Allowed to Access the American Market?

Baidu has announced it's going to debut about next month. Alibaba is already conducting internal tests on a chat tool. NetEase is also unveiling plans to offer some things. Given that internet seems so much more regulated in China, do you imagine that users will come from around the world to use the Chinese ones and vice versa? Or will this be something that will be very tailored to specific markets in terms of territory?
