The Sermon on the Mount as we call it is about the lifestyle of the Kingdom, how we live now that we're in the Kingdom. The best evangelists are the new converts who need to be taught how to go out and bring others in. In Matthew 13 you've got a whole lot of parables of the kingdom. It starts with the parable of the sower and Jesus saying don't worry if four seeds comes to nothing because from the one seed you'll get 30 or 60fold. Don't be disappointed because the harvest is going to be worth it. And talked about the wheat growing together: "Don't go out trying to pull tears up"
