Is There a Diet That Will Burn Your Body Fat?

You need to find times for your body to burn its own fat. You can have diets that have more carves in them if you're eating the right kind of fruit. There is no one macro nutrient that we don't need, a lot of people with weight problems are addicted to carbs. So they'll cut out whole food groups that are carby but not refined breads and cereals. But it's actually easier to cut them really down than try to eat everything else at once. And i still think the easiest way to se weight is to cut the carbs.
