How to Be Emotionally Sober

Emotional sobriety to me is the hardest. I'm definitely not that I want to be. But that's like a, that's on another level of like serene. And they call those like people who that have like the black belt right. Alonons. They can really the graduate program. It's hard because a lot of people are, you know, the way people behave on social media and everyone's getting canceled. With that people getting canceled, I'm finding myself like voraciously reading these people that are getting canceled that did something toxic. That's a big alan on ACA thing is gossip.
