Will the Elections Mean Dramatic Changes?

The election will be held on Sunday, the 4th of December. Abhishek says that any changes we will see are more likely to be operational efficiencies in the civic bodies functioning than any major changes. He doesn't know what beyond that we can say about how the upcoming results would influence day-to-day administrative and public interactions.
