Is This Social Democracy?

The idea that political authority always supersedes the private interests of businesses or capital is hugely radical. The US has always talked the talk of the free market but acted actually on a much more visible hand not the invisible hand. So it's not actually I mean today it feels more like maybe Chinese or kind of a top down planning system than how the United States developed. They talk Jefferson but act Hamilton.
