The Preliminary Injunction on Social Media Companies
As a former U.S. attorney, I had no ability to compel newspapers in that sort of a setting. But I did want to give them the best information that I could. And they were very appreciative of that. The real problem here is that the folks that lose are the American public. We are all less safe when that exchange of information can't take place.
