i'm curious how you account for their embrace of trumpand does your understanding of trump allow for the possibility of, well, in people supporting him? I think that there is a distinction between the type of person whose identity has become subsumed in trumpism and someone like a marginal trump voter. And i don't think the presence of trump voters who are lukewarm or ambivlent about his behavior changes the nature of what he represented,. what he did, what the republican party is currently trying to do.
