People are mostly everybody, all of us. addicted to screens. They stay awake a very late and then they cannot go to bed. This prevents melatoning from rising being release in the pineo gland by the paneo gland. And this makes us stay awake up to no two a m three. People that exercise too strongly to late at night will have a trouble getting good sleep. When you sleep well and you dream well your chance of having positive interactions with people is much higher.
